About

therapy with me

My approach has been shaped by work in both clinical and wilderness settings, holding a masters degree in marriage couples and family therapy from Lewis and Clark College, and work with individuals, couples, and families across various stages of life. You might say to your self, "but I am not seeking therapy for my family or relationship" regardless of what kind of therapy you seek, as a marriage and family therapist (MFTa) I draw from a relational school of thought that sees symptoms as inseparable from ones social context. If you or a loved one have found your self seeking support, there’s no pressure to commit—this is a space to connect, ask questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit. Click the “Request Appointment” to schedule, or feel free to reach out directly if that’s easier.
